In order to promote new employees to our Machinery & Equipment practice, we created a 4-week vlog series to post on the corporate blog, promote via social media, and directly send to our email distribution list. The series entailed a Q&A-style written interview as well as video interviews woven in. Each week had it’s own topic: Week One addressed the biggest changes the professionals have seen in the appraisal industry; Week Two discussed the platform and their role; Week Three answered why they chose to join Cushman & Wakefield; and Week Four told of the most unusual asset they have appraised.
Designed, edited, posted, and promoted vlog posts. Worked with video production team to edit and produce videos.
Results: Vlog posts received more than 600 unique views and average page time was 1 minute and 52 seconds.
