Printed materials for an internal conference that incorporated the Cushman & Wakefield brand look and feel. In conjunction with Disney’s team, an event logo was created. Signage was concepted and developed, including welcome banners for the registration desk, the beach party and the general session ballroom; retractable banners throughout the hallway; and floor stickers. In addition, table numbers and directional signage (not pictured) were also created. Nametags for attendees, guests, speakers and staff were created, as was a 20-page itinerary booklet that would fit within the plastic name badge holder.
Registration site was built, and emails sent to drive traffic to site. A mobile app was designed and developed for attendees to use prior to and during the event. A hashtag was chosen and a social media feed was developed using the online tool, Releas’d. A video contest was developed for the opening film, and a desktop pop-up was designed and delivered to garner interest and distribute the rules. Following the symposium, an online recap was sent out featuring the videos and photos from the event, an online feedback survey, and additional event information.
